MSMSS00006: Operate a Vacuum Loading System

This nationally accredited Vacuum Loading course is a unique training experience developed through extensive industry consultation to provide operators with a strong understanding of Vacuum Loading Operations.

The course places a strong emphasis on Proactive Job Management, providing operators with the knowledge to successfully manage the various challenges faced in Vacuum Loading Operations.

​The course includes both Theoretical and Practical components and combines industrial knowledge and best practices with appropriate professional development.

On successful completion, operators will be able to safely load and unload their vacuum units, understand how to avoid injuries and the need to maintain their vacuum units so as to contribute to an effective work environment.

Entry Requirements – 1 Day Course
Operators need to have completed an HPWJ Operator Course which includes the following units of competencies:-

  • MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit
  • MSMWHS110 Follow emergency response procedures
  • MSMWH200 Work safely
  • MSMWJ303 Operate a vacuum loading system

Entry Requirements – 1.5 Day Course
No previous experience or qualifications are needed

The course is nationally accredited and delivered in partnership with TAFE NSW – (RTO code 90003) for both practical and theoretical components.
Successful completion of the assessment requirements will provide participants with a Statement of Attainment MSMSS00006 Operate a Vacuum Loading System, which includes the following unit of competencies:-

  • MSMWJ303 Operate a vacuum loading system
  • MSMPER200 Work in accordance with an issued permit
  • MSMWHS110 Follow emergency response procedures
  • MSMWH200 Work safely
